The property has four air conditioned bedrooms: two with king-size double beds, one double with an option of two single beds and one with bunk beds. There is also a double sofa-bed in the living space for flexible use. A cot is also available.
The villa's accommodation is arranged on two levels. The upper floor (and entrance level) comprises of a light, spacious, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, and a suite of two bedrooms and shower room accessed through a stone archway.
Sliding doors and French windows open from the living space onto a full-length external balcony and sun-shaded dining terrace and BBQ area, with views overlooking the drystone walled terraces below and neighbouring woodland and hills beyond.
From the upper floor, stairs lead down to the lower level, where there are two king-sized double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, shower room and walk-in wardrobes. French windows lead off each bedroom onto the lower sun shaded terrace and adjacent swimming pool.
The villa is set in its own gated private grounds, 0.75 hectares in size, with parking space for several cars. The garden areas, close to the house and pool, are planted with herbs, flowers and shrubs, and overlook the wilder olive groves and dry stone walled terraces below.
