Beautiful house

Now that Bill and I have returned to Scotland and drawn breath, we wanted to email and let you know how much we enjoyed staying at Casa Calandra. It is a beautiful house, and very easy to live in. I particularly liked the way you had created several well framed focal points – the big pot with the succulent plant framed by the window and seen immediately you enter the property, for example. The house was comfortable for reading, and we very much enjoyed watching some of your videos in the evening.

 We appreciated the food Annie had bought for our arrival. She had built on my suggestions and made some intelligent choices. Thank you again for the information you provided about the house and area. We found it very helpful.

 We liked Ostuni very much, and had two really excellent lunches at the Osteria Piazette Cattedrale – perfectly cooked, interesting food and impeccable service in a relaxed, pleasant environment. We would highly recommend the restaurant to other visitors.

 If you have any other Catholic guests wanting to attend Mass, we would suggest 10.30 Mass  in the Church in Piazza Liberta (St Francis?) in Ostuni.

Many thanks too for this very helpful Visitor's Guide. It’s easily the best we have had in nearly 30 years of renting villas for holidays.
